As a busy mum, I understand how hard it is to find the time to fit a workout in. The workouts I have put together for this program can all be done from wherever you're most comfortable - home, gym, work AND they will only take up 16 minutes of your day x 6 days per week!

TWO packs of 3 resistance bands - Medium, Heavy & Extra Heavy (all packed into a small carry bag so you can take them anywhere with you!) which makes this program suitable for ALL fitness levels!

 

2 x 6 Week Programs in video and written format (each includes a Fit & Fabulous Cardio Workout, Toned & Taut Upper Body Workout, Toned & Taut Lower Body Workout and a Toned & Taut Core Workout!

Each workout goes for 16 minutes so there's NO EXCUSES!!

 

Unlimited access to all the workouts, no matter where you are! It's like having your own personal trainer working out with you!
