One-on-One Personal Training sessions are highly recommended for those that are just beginning an exercise regime in order to learn correct techniques or for those who prefer training solo with the whole focus on you.
Available in 30 and 45 minute sessions.​​
1:1 Personal Training
30 minutes: $50 per session
45 minutes: $65 per session

2:1 Personal Training (Same program)
30 minutes: $55 per session
45 minutes: $70 per session​​​​​​

Cancellation Policy
If less than 24 hours notice is given, full payment will be required.
I would like to note that I understand that sometimes 'life happens' and you need to cancel, so to keep things fair and reasonable, each client is entitled to one free 'late cancelation' without being penalised.
