Tahini is made from ground sesame seeds and delivers loads of protein and a delicious nutty flavour. A yummy yet healthy option to have on the table throughout the festive season!

Tahini Balls ----------------------- Serves 30 Prep Time: 5 minutes Total Time: 5 minutes Ingredients - 1 cup walnuts - 1 cup dates - 2 tablespoons 100% maple syrup - 1 Tbsp flaxseeds - 1 375g jar tahini - 1 cup sultanas - 1-1/2 cups shredded coconut Instructions 1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 2 minutes TM - 1 minute 15 seconds, speed 9 2. Add more maple syrup if you want the batter sweeter 3. Roll into balls and place in the freezer (they take no time at all to defrost) 4. Enjoy!
