Choc Cashew Slice GF DF

Looking for the perfect healthy snack that won't extend your waistline (depending on how much you eat!) or contain specialty ingredients that take you a week to find???
My family were so impressed with this creation that I'm definitely going to keep a constant supply in the freezer! The Manuka Honey gives a very sweet flavour so I recommend cutting the slice into small pieces (I halved the pieces shown in the picture).
INGREDIENTS
1 cup Cashews
3 Tbsp Raw Cacao
1/2 375g jar 100% Peanut Butter
3 Tbsp Manuka Honey
1 Tbsp Flaxseeds
1/2 tsp Himalayan Salt
4 Tbsp Coconut Oil
Blend all ingredients until you reach desired texture. I prefer a thicker texture and used the TM Speed 4, 15 seconds.
Pour into your tin of choice (try not to eat all of the mixture!)
*line with baking paper if not using a non-stick tin
Leave to set overnight
Cut into small pieces
