Banana & Caramel Chia Pudding GF DF V


I officially have a new favorite dessert!

Not only does it taste AMAZING but it is so simple to make, just how I like my food prep!

My fussy 3 old loves it too... this one's a WINNER!

I usually make the Chia Pudding the night before so it's ready to go for the next day.

INGREDIENTS

1 can Coconut Milk

1/4 cup Chia Seeds

1 cup Dates

2 cups Water

2 Tbsp Maple Syrup

1/2 tsp Cinnamon

1 Banana

Handful nuts of your choice

Chia Pudding

1 can Coconut Milk

1/4 cup Chia Seeds

*Mix well and leave in fridge for at least 4 hours

Caramel Sauce

1 cup Dates

2 cups Water

2 Tbsp Maple Syrup

1/2 tsp Cinnamon

*Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high until a smooth consistency is reached

TM - Speed 9, 15 seconds

Chop up a banana and a handful of nuts

Layer pudding, banana and sauce and top with nuts
