As we are nearing the end of 2014, now is a great time to re-assess your health and fitness goals!
Let me help you get started. Have you written your goals out?
For a greater chance of accomplishing your goals, be sure to follow the S.M.A.R.T acronym.
Specific - Who, What, Where, When, Which, Why. The more specific your goals, the better.
Measurable - Consistently measure your progress to stay on track.
Attainable - You can attain any goals you set when you plan wisely and keep them within your reach.
Realistic - Set your goals high but keep them real.
Timely - Set a timeframe. Eg. not 'someday' but December 1st.
Once you have set your goals, don't let anything or anyone sway you from reaching them - the results are in YOUR hands!
